One of the victims of the Wirral explosion remains in a critical condition in hospital, it has emerged.
Police confirmed two victims who suffered serious injuries in the suspected gas leak continue to be treated in hospital.
One of the victims remains in a ‘critical’ condition and another is described as ‘serious but stable’.
The critical victim is being treated at Walton Neurology Centre, the Liverpool Echo reported. It is a specialist hospital for neurosurgery.
