This is atrocious. Inhumanity to a child, disrespect to the laws of this country and total disrespect to the welfare of America that is being trampled upon by these illegal immigrants who do these crimes and hurt others and literally are treated as if the American citizen doesn’t matter it’s terrible and it literally should be prosecuted.
Not only for the offender, but for the person that allows it to happen and turns their face away as if it doesn’t matter!!!!
