   JAPANESE GOVERNMENT:

   Dear Friends,

   We notice among our younger generations the Progressive formation of English Bilingual Cooperation between Japan and the Netherlands, besides the will to Enhance this cooperation further.

   While we are in Vilnius, lets plan Ambassador level meetings, on bolstering Student Exchange between our two proud nations, to learn more about each others:

   -Law
   -History
   -Traditions
   -Culture
   -Art expositions (cultural group)

   Deeper societal traditions for example, like in the Netherlands we have a game, where we hang “Morning biscuits” on a washing line, and the one to eat his or her as the first, won the game, we Dutch are very Family Game oriented; like the Japanese, so further Enhancing our Diplomatic Relationship with Students exchange programs expanded even further, would seem very logical.

   Hope to see further collaboration between our Proud Nations.
