石川、新潟、富山3県で504人が亡くなった能登半島地震は1日、発生から1年となった。石川県は同日午後、輪島市で追悼式を開催。遺族代表らが犠牲者への思いや復興への決意を述べ、地震発生時刻の午後4時10分に黙とうをささげる。
