震度3を観測したのは、富山市、高岡市、氷見市、砺波市、小矢部市、南砺市、射水市、舟橋村、立山町、金沢市、小松市、珠洲市、加賀市、羽咋市、かほく市、白山市、能美市、志賀町、宝達志水町、高山市、飛騨市、白川村となっています。
震源地は石川県能登地方。震源の深さは10キロ。地震の規模を示すマグニチュードは5.5と推定されます。
